Gary Maclean is a multi-award winning chef who has been hailed as a major talent, a gentleman of the kitchen, a world-class educator and someone who could step into a three Michelin-star kitchen and feel at home. Gary was crowned champion of BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals in 2016, and he is Scotland’s first National Chef.
Gary’s role as senior lecturer at City of Glasgow College is what really drives his passion for mentoring other young chefs and creative cooking. And, as a father, Gary has hands-on experience of how to survive all the challenges and joys of real-life home cooking!
